Here is my forst house that Im going to share from The Sims 3.

Its a very modern house for the single Sim or a couple. It have a open plan so your sims can enjoy each other when watching TV, cooking, eating or whatever they do.

I have not used many CCs in this house and it comes unfurnished, only kitchen and bathroom is decorate. Just like in real life when you buy a house ;)

But I´m going to decorate it by myself and show you some inspirations you can do with the house.
